A session on Corporate Governance was conducted by Mr.
Prince Asirvattham on 18th June 2014.
He stated that in good governance there is
i) transparency in managing and reporting and
ii) accountability to the stakeholders and beneficiaries.
He also explained the various steps in good governance,
code of conduct etc. Besides, he referred to the importance of adhering to
statutory requirements and stressed the need for good communication as well as
addressing the issues promptly.
